Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident in advanced treatments, enjoys building client relationships, and is comfortable recommending services and products to enhance results.

Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality facial treatments Provide microneedling services (experience required) Perform body contouring treatments Educate clients on treatment plans and skincare products Upsell services and retail products when appropriate Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment Deliver exceptional customer service and client care

Qualifications:

Valid Florida Esthetician License Proven experience with facials, microneedling, and body contouring Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales and upselling experience is a big plus Professional, reliable, and client-focused mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team
