Evenings and weekends required. Experienced estheticians usually leave a spa for one of two reasons: not enough clients, or not enough to work with. We're set up to fix both. Our membership base means a schedule that fills. We're near Sawgrass Mills, minutes from Plantation, Tamarac, Lauderhill, Coral Springs, and Weston, with easy access off Sawgrass Expressway and I-595. Innovative Services We Offer DiamondGlow, ProPen LuminFusion, NanoInfusion, NuFACE, LED phototherapy, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and the Dermalogica professional line. Earnings and Growth- Base hourly plus commission on every service upgrade and every retail sale
- Performance bonuses and team contests
- Higher retail commission once you reach Dermalogica Expert Level
- Advancement to Lead Esthetician, Trainer, or Advanced Skincare Specialist Your production drives your pay, and our strongest estheticians earn at the top of that range.
- Active Florida Esthetician license
- 2+ years actually working as an esthetician performing facials — paid and hands-on. A license held without working in the field doesn't count, and neither do school clinic hours.
- A retail and upgrade sales record you can put numbers to
- Confident running a full consultation and closing a treatment plan
