Job Description

Job Overview Esperanza Skin Care is seeking a Licensed Bilingual Esthetician (English/Spanish) to join our growing team. We are a family-owned skin care practice with over 30 years of experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about skin care, dependable, coachable, and motivated to grow professionally while helping clients achieve real results. Responsibilities Perform facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and extractions Evaluate skin and recommend appropriate treatment plans Educate clients on home care and professional products Rebook clients and build long-term relationships Maintain clean, sanitized, and organized treatment areas Document treatments and client progress Assist with client follow-up and daily clinic responsibilities Requirements Current Florida Facial Specialist / Esthetician license Bilingual in English and Spanish Professional esthetics experience Strong extraction skills Knowledge of skin types, conditions, and contraindications Dependable, punctual, organized, and professional Comfortable recommending products and treatments Coachable and willing to continue learning Experience with PCA SKIN, chemical peels, microneedling, acne, pigmentation, microdermabrasion, or radiofrequency is a plus. Schedule:
Monday-Friday, approximately 10 AM-4
PM Hours:
Approximately 24-28 hours per week
Starting Pay:
From $18/hour, with opportunities for performance-based growth.
Pay:
From $16.50 per hour
