Licensed Esthetician - Medical Spa & Wellness Practice Job Summary BelleVie Wellness Care is a growing multi-service wellness practice in Hollywood, FL offering psychiatric care, primary care, medical aesthetics, IV therapy, and weight loss services. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Esthetician to join our medical aesthetics team. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality skincare treatments in a clinical wellness environment. Duties Perform facial treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, and body waxing services Assist with or support pre- and post-treatment care for neurotoxin and dermal filler procedures under provider supervision Conduct thorough client consultations and develop individualized skincare treatment plans Educate clients on skincare routines, home care products, and post-treatment instructions Maintain strict sanitation, sterilization, and safety standards in compliance with Florida state regulations Document client records accurately and maintain organized treatment notes Promote and support retail skincare product sales Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experience Requirements Valid Florida Esthetician or Cosmetology license required Minimum 1-2 years of esthetics experience; medical spa experience preferred Experience with microneedling, chemical peels, and facial treatments strongly preferred Familiarity with electronic scheduling and patient management software Professional demeanor with excellent communication and customer service skills Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation Supportive and professional work environment Opportunity for growth within an expanding wellness practice Ongoing training and continuing education support
