In this role, you will deliver a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including skincare services, lash, and brows. Your expertise will help clients achieve their beauty goals while ensuring the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and client satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for licensed professionals eager to showcase their talents in a vibrant, client-focused environment. Responsibilities Perform various esthetic treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and skin rejuvenation procedures using state-of-the-art equipment. Maintain thorough and accurate records and client information. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aesthetic treatments to promote long-term skin health. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, address concerns, and provide personalized treatment plans. Uphold sanitation standards and safety regulations to ensure a clean environment for both clients and staff. Assist in retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and aesthetic tools to enhance client results. Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license issued by the state or relevant licensing authority. Familiarity with skin anatomy, and Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients. Competence in performing aesthetic treatments.
