Ocean Club Community Association Nail Technician /

Esthetician:

Adhere to all Ocean Club Community Association policies and procedures. Ability to give meticulous manicures, pedicures, artificial nail applications, and hand/foot treatments. Stay up to date on various techniques and services via classes and seminars. Begins and ends treatments on time and ensures correct procedures are followed. Responsible for setting up workstations. Demonstrates respect, sensitivity, and concern for guests' needs professionally and pleasantly. Upholds and practices the universal health care protocol and standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by state/city law and the spa's policies and procedures when dealing with guests and coworkers. Reports to work on time. Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, and all available promotions and discounts. Has complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas. Performs prep work and adequately cleans and restocks the station as per spa protocol. Communicates to management any occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa. Completes and submits necessary paperwork and reads posted notices on bulletin board. Attends scheduled departmental meetings, training, and workshops as directed. Interacts cooperatively and with consideration toward guests and coworkers. Exercises dependability and willingness to work with schedule flexibility. Always dresses professionally. Provides services within the profession's scope of practice as defined by the state/city/local law and by applicable regional rules and regulations. Performs other job-related duties as reasonably requested by management.

Schedule:

Tuesday through Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Required Qualifications:

Active Florida Facial Specialist (Esthetician) License Active Florida Nail Specialist License Minimum of 2 years of professional spa experience preferred Proven experience performing facial treatments, skincare services, and waxing services Proven experience performing manicures and pedicures Knowledge of sanitation, sterilization, and infection-control procedures in accordance with Florida regulations Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Luxury spa, country club, or hospitality experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Perform customized facial treatments and skincare services Perform facial and body waxing services Perform manicures and pedicures Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and workstations in compliance with state regulations Provide exceptional customer service and promote spa services and products Follow all spa policies, procedures, and sanitation standards

Compensation:

Hourly Rate + 50% Commission + 18%
