Radiant Skin Spa is seeking an experienced licensed esthetic professional with 2+ years of hands-on professional experience to provide services at our established day spa in Lutz. This opportunity is designed for an experienced professional who is confident working independently, values flexibility, and wants access to an established spa environment and client community. Radiant Skin Spa invests in marketing and client acquisition while independent providers focus on delivering excellent services and developing strong relationships with clients. Compensation Structure Compensation is based on services actually performed and may include: Tiered per-service compensation based on the treatment performed Additional compensation for eligible enhancements Additional compensation for eligible waxing and lash services Retail sales commission Membership referral/sales incentives 100% of client tips Additional performance-based opportunities that may be mutually agreed upon Exact service compensation is reviewed with qualified candidates before entering into an independent contractor agreement. Independent Provider Relationship This opportunity is for an independent contractor and is not a W-2 employment position . Providers communicate the days and appointment windows during which they are available to accept services. Appointment opportunities may then be offered within that availability based on client demand. Providers may accept other professional opportunities and are not required to work exclusively with Radiant Skin Spa, subject to any lawful contractual obligations agreed upon by the parties. Independent providers are responsible for maintaining their required professional license or registration and for meeting applicable legal and professional requirements associated with the services they personally perform. The final relationship, responsibilities, compensation terms, and operational expectations will be outlined in a written independent contractor agreement. Experience Minimum 2 years of professional hands-on esthetics experience preferred for this opportunity. Strong experience with several of the following is highly valued: Customized and signature facials Dermaplaning Microdermabrasion Hydro facial treatments Oxygen treatments Lymphatic facial treatments Acne and teen facials EMS / Lift & Sculpt treatments LED and facial enhancements Professional skincare consultations Experience providing waxing, lash lift & tint, and brow services is also highly valued and may create additional service opportunities.

Professional Qualifications Providers should:

Maintain an active Florida credential authorizing the services they perform Have strong professional esthetics experience Be capable of independently performing the services they accept Understand skin types, sensitivities, contraindications, sanitation requirements, and appropriate treatment practices Deliver consistently high-quality client experiences Maintain professional and sanitary treatment-room practices Communicate professionally with clients and the spa Be comfortable educating clients regarding appropriate skincare, enhancements, home-care products, and available spa programs when relevant

Provider Availability:

Day availability: approximately 9:00 AM-3:15 PM Evening availability: approximately 3:15 PM-8:15 PM Independent providers communicate the availability they wish to offer, and appointments may be coordinated within mutually agreed availability. Selection Process Because client experience and treatment quality are important to Radiant Skin Spa, qualified providers may be invited for an introductory meeting and hands-on skills assessment before entering into an independent contractor relationship. The assessment is intended to confirm that the provider's existing professional skills and services align with the treatments offered through Radiant Skin Spa.
