•Aesthetic Injector & Laser Specialist - NP/PA Miami Skin Spa | Brickell, Miami Position Overview Miami Skin Spa is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a strong background in lasers, injectables, and advanced aesthetic treatments to join our growing practice. This is primarily an aesthetic provider position , with the majority of the role focused on laser and energy-based treatments, injectables, aesthetic consultations, and customized treatment plans. A smaller portion of the position includes wellness services such as medical weight management, IV therapy, and hormone optimization. We offer a wide range of advanced aesthetic technologies and are looking for a confident, well-rounded provider who is comfortable treating a diverse Miami patient population and working with multiple treatment modalities. Primary Responsibilities Perform a broad range of laser and energy-based treatments , including IPL, Morphueus8 RF microneedling, Pico laser, tattoo and permanent makeup removal, laser hair removal, non-ablative laser treatments, and skin tightening Perform injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and Sculptra . Conduct aesthetic consultations, facial assessments, and skin evaluations Develop customized treatment plans combining lasers, injectables, and skin treatments when appropriate. Safely treat all Fitzpatrick skin types, including darker skin tones. Select appropriate treatment parameters based on skin type, indication, contraindications, and desired clinical endpoint Perform additional skin and body treatments including SkinPen, HydraFacial, Emsculpt NEO, TruSculpt, and other advanced technologies Provide clear pre- and post-treatment education and appropriate patient follow-up Maintain accurate EMR documentation, consents, and standardized before-and-after photography Participate in Social Media for educational and before-and-after content. Wellness Responsibilities Wellness represents a smaller portion of this position and may include medical weight management and GLP-1 follow-up, IV therapy, basic lab review, and hormone optimization/HRT consultations and monitoring. Our wellness protocols are straightforward and supported by established clinical processes. Required Qualifications Active Florida NP or PA license Minimum 2 years of hands-on medical aesthetics experience Strong experience with lasers and energy-based devices Hands-on experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers Strong understanding of facial anatomy, laser safety, treatment parameters, and Fitzpatrick skin typing Ability to independently evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans Confident treating diverse skin tones Excellent consultation, communication, and patient education skills Professional, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced medspa environment Spanish required Preferred Experience Experience with several of the following is strongly preferred: Morpheus8, IPL/Lumecca, Pico lasers, tattoo removal, Laser Genesis, laser hair removal, SkinPen, RF skin tightening, Emsculpt NEO, TruSculpt, HydraFacial, Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, dermal fillers, and Sculptra. Candidates do not need experience with every specific device in our practice. Training on our platforms and protocols can be provided to an experienced aesthetic provider. Experience with medical weight loss, GLP-1 therapy, IV therapy, or HRT is a plus. Schedule & Compensation $50-$55/hour , based on experience Full-time, approximately 32-40 hours per week Performance bonuses and retail commission with potential additional earnings of approximately $1,500-$2,000+ per month
