Job Summary We are seeking a professional, outgoing, motivated, and sales-minded Esthetician / Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team. This is a true dual-role position , combining hands-on esthetic services with front desk operations, client communication, sales, and practice support. Sales and client engagement are a major priority. The ideal candidate enjoys talking with clients, recommending treatments and skincare, following up with leads, and turning inquiries into bookings. We are looking for someone who wants to become a long-term part of our team and contribute to the continued growth of the practice. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Sales Greet clients and provide a warm, professional experience. Check clients in/out and manage appointment scheduling. Answer phones and respond to client inquiries. Process payments and maintain accurate records. Recommend and sell services and retail skincare based on client needs. Follow up with leads and existing clients to generate bookings and rebooking. Work toward monthly sales and booking goals. Build client retention and long-term treatment plans. Assist with social media and other marketing initiatives. Support daily practice operations as needed. Esthetician Duties Perform facials, peels, and other medical-grade esthetic treatments within your scope of practice. Conduct skincare consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and home-care regimens. Educate clients on professional skincare products. Cross-recommend complementary services when appropriate. Build strong client relationships that encourage retention and repeat visits. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and spa areas. Participate in social media content showcasing treatments and products. Utilize downtime productively by assisting with front desk, follow-up, sales, and other practice needs. Qualifications Active Florida Aesthetician license. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Entry-level candidates are welcome. Training will be provided. 1-2 years of front desk, customer service, sales, spa, or medical aesthetics experience preferred. Strong interest in sales and client engagement. Confident communicating with clients and making treatment and product recommendations. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Professional, positive, and personable demeanor. Comfortable appearing on camera and participating in social media content. Comfortable working both in the treatment room and at the front desk. Interested in building a long-term career with our team. This is not a treatment-only position. When you are not performing services, you will be expected to actively support the front desk, follow up with clients and leads, generate bookings, assist with sales, and contribute to the day-to-day success of the practice.
