! Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Medical Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments and skincare services that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued, informed, and inspired to achieve their skincare goals. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge aesthetic technologies and products while providing personalized care that makes a real difference in our clients' lives. We are hiring for Part-time, must have the flexibility to work morning or night, and one day out of the weekend.

•Duties Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, miconeddling, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser skin treatments with precision and professionalism Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options tailored to their individual needs Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards for all equipment, treatment rooms, and tools to ensure client safety Assist in retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and retail items to support ongoing skin health Communicate effectively with clients throughout their visit to ensure comfort, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service Stay current on the latest aesthetic treatments, industry trends, and technological advancements to continually improve service quality Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Medical Aesthetician or Esthetician with specialized training in medical aesthetics Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Esthetician in a medical spa or luxury spa preferred Proven experience performing skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplane, and Microneddling procedures Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients and products. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety protocols in all treatments Additional responsibilities include: Must follow all Skin Treats policies and protocols. Assists in the cleanliness of treatment rooms and common areas. Maintains professional appearance at all times. Performs facials based on individual needs. Create excellent experience through friendly and helpful attitude. Other duties as assigned.

Education, Skills and Training:

Participates in continuing education to improve effectiveness (preferred). Satisfactory results of background and reference check is a condition of employment in this position. Must adhere to all applicable local and state licensing laws and regulations related to the esthetic services provided, including following any applicable law pertaining to maintaining current Esthetics License. Pay:

$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
