Overview Harmony First Medspa is seeking a Receptionist & Esthetician or Facial Specialist, where you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while delivering exceptional skincare and aesthetic treatments. Duties Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the first moment. Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and client check-ins efficiently to maximize daily operations. Provide professional skincare consultations, recommending suitable facial treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and other aesthetic procedures. Perform a variety of spa services including facials. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to enhance their results and satisfaction. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning treatment areas and sterilizing equipment after each service. Handle retail sales confidently by promoting skincare products and aesthetic treatments to meet client needs and boost revenue. Requirements Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities to connect effectively with clients. Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff. Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification required; additional certifications in laser treatments or advanced skincare are a plus. Exceptional organizational skills to manage appointments seamlessly while maintaining a lively and professional demeanor. Responsibilities Welcome patients, answer calls and messages, schedule appointments, and process payments. Explain services and follow up with patients. Perform facials within the scope of your Florida credential. Take and document before-and-after photos with the patient's consent. Prepare treatment rooms and maintain supplies and equipment. Assist with daily operations and basic social media content. Qualifications Active Florida Esthetician license or Facial Specialist registration. Fluency in English and Spanish. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

Compensation:
