Overview GLO Aesthetics + Wellness Lounge is seeking a passionate, experienced, and professional Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing practice. We are looking for someone who is committed to providing exceptional patient care while delivering outstanding aesthetic results. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, with precision and care. Conduct skin analysis and recommend personalized skincare regimens utilizing professional products. Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail sales to promote ongoing skin health and product loyalty. Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in all treatments to ensure client safety and comfort. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, answer questions, and deliver an exceptional customer service experience. Stay current on the latest aesthetic treatments, industry trends, and product innovations to continually improve service quality. Skills Extensive knowledge of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and esthetic laser treatments. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients. Experience in retail sales through product demos and recommending suitable skincare or beauty products. Excellent sanitation practices to uphold health standards in all aesthetic procedures. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Self-motivated with a desire to continue learning and growing. Social media marketing and content creation.
