In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments and skincare services that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. Your expertise in various skin care modalities, combined with your excellent customer service skills, will create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. Duties Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser treatments with precision and care. Provide spa services such as body waxing, waxing services, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care to enhance client beauty routines. Conduct skin analysis and recommend personalized skincare regimens utilizing professional products for optimal results. Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and the benefits of various aesthetic treatments to promote client satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards across all treatment areas, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Engage with clients through effective communication skills to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations. Assist with retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and conducting product demonstrations to boost revenue. Skills Extensive knowledge of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments. Proficiency in spa services such as body waxing, waxing services, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients of diverse backgrounds. Experience in sanitation practices to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff. Ability to perform deep tissue massage and other aesthetic treatments confidently while maintaining professionalism. Sales acumen for retail product demos and promoting skincare lines effectively to clients. Excellent communication skills for client consultation and team collaboration to deliver outstanding service experiences.
