We offer GLP's, peptides, laser hair removal, body contouring, skin rejuvenation and injectables. We offer clients cutting edge technology and personalized treatment plans in an elevated, high end setting. The Role We're hiring a Florida licensed Medical Esthetician with a current laser certification to perform advanced treatments, guide clients through consultations, and build lasting client relationships. This is a Part-Time role with the potential to grow into Full Time. Responsibilities
- Perform laser hair removal, body contouring (T-Shape & XERF), customized facials, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, skin rejuvenation treatments and specialize in acne- adults and teens
- Conduct consultations and build personalized treatment plans
- Recommend treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products
- Educate clients on home care and treatment expectations
- Build client relationships that drive retention and referrals
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and documentation to a high standard Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Esthetician in a medical spa or luxury spa preferred
- Laser hair removal experience required
- Experience with body contouring devices (T-Shape, XERF, or similar) preferred but can train
- Strong consultation, retail, and sales skills; comfortable working toward KPIs
- Boulevard experience a plus
