We are looking for a talented, experienced, and client-focused Wax Specialist / Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team on a part-time, as-needed basis. Pink Honee Waxing & Esthetics provides an elevated waxing and skincare experience where our clients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident. We are looking for a well-rounded esthetician with experience in professional waxing, brow services, advanced facial techniques, skincare, and retail sales.

Hours:

Up to 20 hours per week, based on business and appointment needs Responsibilities Perform professional waxing services, including Brazilian, body, and facial waxing Perform professional brow waxing and shaping services Perform customized facial services based on client needs and skin concerns Be comfortable performing dermaplaning and extractions Provide excellent client care before, during, and after each service Educate clients on proper skincare routines, waxing aftercare, and product usage Recommend appropriate retail products and aftercare based on each client's individual needs Be comfortable discussing and selling skincare products and aftercare recommendations Maintain a clean, sanitary, organized, and fully stocked treatment room Follow all sanitation, safety, and state licensing guidelines Help maintain Pink Honee's high standards for professionalism, client care, and luxury service Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to a welcoming team environment Qualifications Must be a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the state of Florida Must have previous professional experience in a spa, salon, or esthetics environment Must have experience performing Brazilian waxing, body waxing, and brow waxing/shaping Must have experience with facial services, dermaplaning, and extractions Experience with hard wax is preferred Must be knowledgeable about professional skincare and homecare recommendations Must be comfortable recommending and selling skincare products and aftercare Strong retail and customer service skills are required Must have excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly personality Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently Must take pride in maintaining a high level of cleanliness, professionalism, and client care Why Join Pink Honee?
