Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Aesthetic Injector (NP or PA) to join our innovative med spa team. In this role, you will deliver expert aesthetic treatments that enhance our clients' natural beauty and boost their confidence. Your expertise in injectables, skincare procedures, and cosmetic enhancements will help us provide exceptional results while ensuring a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Perform a variety of aesthetic injections including botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and other non-invasive procedures with precision and care. Conduct skin assessments and recommend personalized treatment plans based on client needs and goals. Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment for clients and staff. Educate clients on treatment options, post-treatment care, and product recommendations to optimize results. Engage with clients through social media management and guest services to promote services, share before-and-after images, and build lasting relationships. Assist with product demos, retail sales, and upselling of skincare products or cosmetic treatments to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Qualifications Valid NP or PA license in Florida; additional certifications in dermal fillers, Botox, laser treatments, etc Proven experience in med spa or aesthetic clinic settings with expertise in botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, laser treatments Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly about procedures and aftercare. Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a clean treatment environment. Demonstrated customer service excellence with a friendly approach that makes clients feel valued and comfortable. Ability to handle retail sales effectively through upselling techniques while maintaining integrity and professionalism. Experience with social media management to promote services and engage with the community is a plus.

Pay:

$40.00 - $75.00 per hour
