Japanese HeadSpa Specialist / Massage & Spa Professional Besud Beauty House — Suwanee, GA Besud Beauty House is looking for a HeadSpa Specialist to join our small and growing team. Our HeadSpa is a private, appointment-only experience with one specialist and one client at a time, fully equipped with genuine Japanese Takara Belmont YUME HeadSpa equipment and professional products. Previous HeadSpa experience is not required. Full training is provided. For this position, we are especially looking for someone who is comfortable and confident with hands-on massage. Head, scalp, neck, and shoulder massage are an important part of our HeadSpa experience. You do not need to be an esthetician specifically. We welcome applicants with a professional background in massage, cosmetology, esthetics, spa services, or similar hands-on beauty and wellness services, as long as you hold the appropriate Georgia license required for the services you perform. We have developed our own step-by-step Besud Beauty HeadSpa protocol, including products, scalp treatments, massage techniques, facial care, and the complete service flow. You will be trained in our system before taking regular client appointments. What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on massage skills are very important
• Comfortable performing head, scalp, neck, and shoulder massage
• Massage Therapist, Esthetician, or Cosmetology background welcome
• Appropriate active Georgia professional license for services performed
• Previous HeadSpa experience is not required
• Friendly and comfortable working closely with clients
• Reliable and punctual
• Good attention to detail
• Open to learning and feedback
• Willing to follow the Besud Beauty HeadSpa protocol
• Interested in growing with us long-term What You'll Do
• Perform Japanese HeadSpa treatments using our Takara Belmont YUME HeadSpa system
• Perform deep scalp cleansing and scalp treatments
• Provide relaxing head, scalp, neck, and shoulder massage
• Provide simple deep-cleansing facial care and facial massage as included in selected HeadSpa services
• Apply skincare products and masks according to our protocol
• Follow the Besud Beauty HeadSpa treatment steps and products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary private treatment room
• Provide a calm, attentive, and professional experience for every client The facial portion is simple and will be included in training. Advanced facial techniques are not required. Compensation & Benefits

We are appointment-only with no walk-ins and no crowded treatment floor. We provide the equipment, products, treatment protocol, and training. You do not need to come to us already knowing Japanese HeadSpa. We are looking for someone with good hands, a caring personality, and a willingness to learn who wants to build a long-term position with Besud Beauty.
