Esthetician -
Skin N' Tox Aesthetics Position Overview:
Skin N' Tox is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Esthetician to consult with patients to assess their skincare goals, make informed treatment and product recommendations and ensure client care and satisfaction. We're looking for polished applicants with a professional demeanor, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering the best results for patients. The Esthetician will facilitate services such as Facials, HydraFacial, Keravive, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, PRX, Evolve, and Product Consultations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Execute complete patient experience including skin analysis. Obtain information about contraindications and examine skin to evaluate treatment suitability. Perform skincare or body treatment suggestions as well as product recommendations. Provide excellent customer service to all patients; create a great guest experience through a friendly, helpful attitude. Maintain industry knowledge to curate, promote, and sell services and retail products. Adhere to esthetics policies for chemical usage, cleaning, sanitizing, and equipment maintenance. Conduct treatment room and patient area inspections for cleanliness and organization. Confirm patients have followed pre- and post-treatment protocols and complete chart documentation accurately and completely. Help build the Skin N Tox client base in the esthetics side through outreach, social media, and other client retention best practices. Communicate spa promotions, membership, and loyalty program details to clients. Work with the Clinic Manager to ensure back bar inventory is maintained.
Requirements:
State licensure to practice as an esthetician 4+ years of industry experience Proficient in performing all applicable (non-laser) treatments Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outstanding people skills, warm and friendly manner Ability to maintain patient confidentiality Deep knowledge of skincare techniques, products, and devices
