As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced, passionate, and client-focused Senior Esthetician to join our team full-time (35 hours per week). This is an exciting opportunity for an esthetician who is committed to delivering exceptional client experiences, building long-term client relationships, and growing their career with a company that values education, professionalism, and clinical results. Employment Highlights:

Expected annual salary during your first year is $60-70K. Your potential new home is a boutique, one-room studio where you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your clients and truly take ownership of your craft. This role is ideal for an esthetician who enjoys working independently, managing their day with confidence, and delivering an exceptional client experience without constant supervision. While you'll be supported by a larger team and leadership group, most days you'll be the sole provider in the studio, making self-motivation, accountability, and professionalism essential to success. To get an interview you need to have: Valid Esthetics License in the state of Illinois Proven ability to sell skincare services and retail products 3+ years Facials (on-the-job experience working for an employer) : performing the following treatments: both European and Clinical, (dermaplaning and chemical peel experience a major plus) 3+ years Body waxing (on-the-job experience working for an employer) , including Brazilians (male Brazilian experience not necessary), eyebrow shaping Expected work schedule: Sunday 10 am
