Full Job Description Role Overview:
The Senior Associate supports global outsourcing projects within the Business Tax Services practice, focusing on cross-border employment processes, HR policies, benefits, retirement plans, taxes, and relocation services.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day services for global HR support, coordinate with third-party providers, mentor bilingual staff, and develop service models to ensure high client satisfaction. Serve as the primary client contact for Japanese and Korean executives relocating internationally, ensuring comprehensive HR support for successful employee transfers.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum three years of HR support experience, bachelor's degree, knowledge of employment-based compensation, payroll systems (Workday, PeopleSoft), and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fluency in English and Japanese/Korean is required. Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams.
