We're looking for a reliable, motivated and client-focused Licensed Esthetician who wants to grow with our team. Experienced estheticians and newly licensed candidates are both encouraged to apply. You do not need experience with every treatment or device. What You'll Do Perform customized aesthetic treatments safely and confidently Conduct detailed skin consultations Create personalized skincare and treatment plans Educate clients about treatments, expectations and aftercare Recommend appropriate products, treatment packages and memberships Become comfortable presenting package options without pressuring clients Follow up with clients, encourage rebooking and support client retention Build lasting client relationships through exceptional care Maintain accurate treatment documentation Follow sanitation, infection-control, HIPAA and safety standards Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms Participate in training for selected treatments and technologies Assist with events, promotions and occasional social-media content Work collaboratively with providers, front-desk staff and management Treatments and Technology AES Med Spa offers: Sciton MOXI Sciton BBL HEROic Morpheus8 RF Microneedling SkinPen Microneedling HydraFacial Laser Hair Removal Chemical Peels, including VI Peel Dermaplaning Medical-Grade Facials Professional Skincare Experience with every device is not required. Training may be provided on selected services based on the candidate's license, experience, performance and the needs of the practice. Required Active Illinois Esthetician License Reliable, punctual and professional Strong interest in skincare and medical aesthetics Willingness to learn treatments, consultations, product recommendations and package sales Friendly and confident communication with clients Ability to follow treatment protocols and safety standards Positive, team-oriented attitude Preferred—but Not Required Two or more years of esthetics experience Previous medical-spa experience Experience with HydraFacial, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, lasers, IPL or advanced facials Experience recommending skincare, packages or memberships Evening and Saturday availability Bilingual English/Spanish skills Recent Graduates Newly licensed estheticians are encouraged to apply.
