Qualifications Active Esthetician license in Indiana Minimum 3+ years as a working Esthetician. Preferrably in a medical spa, plastics, or derm environment. Strong consultative sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset. Professional and team-oriented approach. Comfort working in a results-driven environment with sales goals and performance expectations.
