Full Job Description We're Hiring:

Part Time Esthetician Schedule:

Evening and Weekends ( Part-time with potential for growth )

Location:

7248 Perkins Road, Studio G, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70180

Compensation:

Hourly pay + commission on sales + tips Are you a licensed esthetician with a passion for skincare and customer service? We're looking for dynamic professionals to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Perform esthetic services (facials, consultations, etc.) Conduct new member consultations based on skincare needs Manage booking software and appointment scheduling Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone Assist with retail product sales and membership recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times playing a key role in our front desk operations.

Requirements:

Active Louisiana esthetician license Comfortable using booking and POS software Technologically savvy and quick to learn new systems Professional, polite, and customer-focused Sales-oriented mindset (services, membership, + retail) Reliable and punctual

Certified in one or more of the following:

HydraFacials Dermaplaning Microdermabrasion Laser Hair Removal IPL Skin Rejuvenation Laser Certification Bonus-Bonus Qualification:
