Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our team dedicated to enhancing clients' natural beauty and confidence. In this dynamic role, you will deliver a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including skincare, facials, and specialized cosmetic procedures. Your expertise will help clients achieve their desired look while ensuring the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for licensed professionals eager to grow their career in a lively, supportive environment that values innovation and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform various esthetic treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, lash lifts and tints, brow lamination, microneedling and chemical peels. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their aesthetic goals, provide personalized consultations, and educate on post-treatment care. Manage electronic medical records (EMR systems) accurately for client treatment history and medical records management. Stay current with industry trends in aesthetic treatments, anatomy knowledge, and new techniques to deliver innovative services. Promote retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic services to support clients' ongoing beauty routines. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician. 3+ years of active esthetician experience. Conduct client consultations and assess skin type and skincare concerns. Recommend appropriate treatments and at-home skincare products. Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes. Strong client communication skills with the ability to educate and build lasting relationships. Ability to operate EMR systems efficiently while maintaining confidentiality of client information. A proactive attitude toward learning new skills such as medical aesthetics or advanced pigmentation techniques. Keep a clean and organized environment meeting board of cosmetology standards. Must have experience with Circadia skincare line. Previous experience in a spa, medspa, dermatology office, or related setting preferred. Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and sanitation practices. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
