• Chestnut Hill ✨ Shay Beauty Spa is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced, talented Licensed Esthetician to join the opening team at our brand-new Chestnut Hill location, expected to open in approximately one month.

This is more than just another esthetician position. We're looking for someone who is passionate about advanced aesthetics, takes pride in delivering exceptional results, and wants to build a long-term career in a luxury, growing medical spa environment. As part of our new Chestnut Hill team, you'll have the opportunity to grow with the location from the very beginning, build a loyal clientele, and advance within the company as we continue to expand. What We're Looking For We are looking for a confident, professional, experienced esthetician who genuinely cares about both results and the client experience.

Requirements:

• Valid Esthetician License
• Professional esthetics experience
• Must be trained/certified and qualified to perform Microneedling
• Must be trained/certified and qualified to perform Chemical Peels
• Strong knowledge of professional skincare and advanced facial treatments
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Ability to confidently recommend appropriate treatments and skincare
• Professional, polished, reliable, and team-oriented
• Strong attention to detail and consistently high treatment standards Preferred, but not required:
• Experience performing HIFU treatments
• Experience in a medical spa or advanced aesthetics environment
• Strong consultation and sales experience What We Offer
