Medical Aesthetician (Licensed Master Esthetician) EverandThen | Bethesda, MD EverandThen Aesthetics is seeking an exceptional Licensed Master Esthetician to join our growing luxury aesthetic practice in Bethesda, Maryland. Services You'll Perform Customized medical-grade facials Dermaplaning Chemical peels SkinPen® Microneedling Professional skincare consultations Customized treatment planning Retail skincare recommendations Additional services may be introduced as the practice continues to grow. Qualifications Required Active Maryland Master Esthetician License Minimum of one (1) year of experience working as a Master Esthetician Experience performing advanced aesthetic treatments in a medical spa or plastic surgery practice Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare products Experience recommending and selling professional skincare regimens Ability to work independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Warm, positive, and professional personality Highly motivated, self-driven, and dependable Preferred Existing social media presence with comfort creating educational and promotional content Experience appearing in videos and social media marketing Existing patient following is a plus but not required What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Loves helping patients achieve healthy, natural-looking results Is enthusiastic, energetic, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people Has a strong work ethic and a "go-getter" mentality Is confident discussing treatment plans and skincare recommendations Is excited to build a loyal patient panel through outstanding patient care Takes ownership of their schedule and patient experience Wants to grow professionally as the practice expands Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $18.00 per hour Performance-based commission opportunities 401(k) with 3% employer match Fifteen (15) days of paid time off annually Observed paid company holidays Employee discounts on products and services Ongoing education and training opportunities Career growth within a rapidly expanding medical aesthetics practice Why EverandThen?
