Job Title:

Licensed Esthetician with Medical Assistant & Front Desk Experience Position Overview We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician who also has nursing assistant and front desk/administrative skills to support a variety of roles within our wellness center. This is a temp-to-permanent position with strong potential for long-term growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, computer savvy, proactive, and excited to learn. You will work alongside a physician and other healthcare practitioners to provide patient care, support front desk operations, and assist with daily administrative tasks using multiple software platforms. Key Responsibilities Esthetic & Clinical Support Perform esthetic treatments and services in accordance with state licensing laws and center protocols Assist healthcare providers with patient intake, preparation, and documentation Ensure treatment rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use Administrative & Front Desk Duties Greet and check-in clients with professionalism and care Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage communications Maintain client records, billing, and documentation in compliance with HIPAA Software Navigation & Documentation Proficiently use or be willing to learn systems including: MindBody PointClickCare Tebra (formerly Kareo) Enter and manage client/patient data accurately Assist with invoicing, insurance verification, and follow-ups Qualifications Licensed Esthetician (State-licensed and in good standing) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or similar experience highly preferred Previous front desk or administrative experience in a healthcare or wellness setting Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of proficiency with computers and software systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Passion for wellness, skincare, and patient-centered care Eagerness to learn and grow within the company

Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
