Job Description
Overview Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment Provide medication reminders as directed by the client's care plan Observe and report changes in the client's condition Follow the client's individualized plan of care Maintain accurate documentation of services provided Promote the client's dignity, safety, independence, and well-being Qualifications Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred Must be dependable, compassionate, and professional Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and follow instructions Must be able to safely assist clients with daily activities and mobility Reliable transportation is preferred CPR/First Aid certification preferred Must be willing to complete all required employment and onboarding documentation Ideal Candidate We are looking for caregivers who are: Reliable and punctual Patient and compassionate Respectful and trustworthy Dedicated to providing excellent client care Comfortable working in a home care environment Join our team to provide compassionate, professional home healthcare services that enhance the quality of life for our clients while fostering a respectful and supportive environment for both patients and caregivers.
