Responsibilities Perform customized facials based on each client's skincare goals. Conduct professional skin consultations and recommend treatment plans. Educate clients on proper home skincare routines and products. Maintain accurate client treatment notes and records. Keep treatment rooms clean, sanitized, and fully stocked in accordance with Maryland state regulations. Recommend and retail professional skincare products. Stay current on skincare trends, techniques, and product knowledge. Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a welcoming salon experience. Work collaboratively with the salon team to support guest satisfaction and business growth. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude. Qualifications & Experience Active Maryland Esthetician License required. Minimum 1 year of professional esthetics experience preferred (experienced candidates encouraged to apply). Experience performing customized facials and skin analysis. Knowledge of professional skincare products and treatment protocols. Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills. Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for continued education. Bonus Qualifications Experience with head spa treatments. Dermaplaning certification. Chemical peel experience. Brow waxing, brow tinting, or lash lift/tint experience. Existing clientele is a plus but not required.

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
