The Role We're hiring an experienced Esthetician for our Birmingham studio, 2-4 days a week including some weekends. Here's the part worth reading twice: we already have the clients. You're not spending six months building a book from zero or handing out cards hoping something sticks. Our membership base is established and our treatment calendar is busy — you'll walk in with full books from your first week. If you're a skilled esthetician who wants to do great work on real clients without the grind of building from scratch, this is a good fit.

Schedule:

Part time, 2-4 days per week. Weekend availability required. What You'll Do Perform consultations and deliver HydraFacial, NeveSkin, HydroPeptide, Jan Marini, and our full menu of esthetic services Build lasting relationships with a client base that's already walking through the door Recommend the wellness modalities that amplify results between facials — red light, cryo, IV therapy — so clients get more than skin-deep outcomes Keep clean, accurate treatment records for every session Manage your schedule: bookings, confirmations, and rescheduling Keep your equipment and treatment room spotless and properly maintained Pitch in on general studio operations — greeting clients, phones, tours, service sales, POS checkout, running wellness equipment, and light cleaning What You Bring Michigan esthetician license — required At least 1 year of recent, hands-on esthetics experience — required Weekend availability — required HydraFacial experience or certification — strongly preferred NeveSkin experience or certification — preferred Strong verbal and written communication — you can explain a treatment plan and make a product recommendation without it feeling like a pitch Ethics and integrity, full stop Genuine enthusiasm for helping people look and feel their best Compensation Base hourly pay — $16.00 - $18.00/hour, depending on experience Per-service pay on every treatment you complete, on top of your hourly Retail commission on product sales Monthly performance bonus when goals are met Tips — 100% yours Because we keep our estheticians booked, the per-service pay adds up fast.
