Position Details We're currently hiring for Saturdays & Sundays with the potential to expand hours based on performance. Weekend availability is required. Qualifications Valid Michigan Esthetician License 1+ year experience preferred Paid experience with dermaplane and chemical peels Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable educating clients about treatments, memberships, and products Comfortable working in a fast-paced, open-concept environment Experience with the following is a plus: HydraFacial MD, Cryo Facials, Brow Lamination, Waxing + Tinting Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay starting at $14 + tips + commission Average earnings: $22-$45 per hour depending on schedule and client load Additional earning opportunities: ✨ 15% retail commission ✨ $10-$25 per clinical service sold ✨ Bonuses and incentives for performance ✨ Advanced training and continued education ✨ Monthly complimentary services ✨ Discount on professional skincare Ready to Grow Your Career?
