As a Certified Aesthetician, you will deliver personalized skincare treatments, educate clients on product usage, and promote retail sales to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Aesthetician has access to fill their schedule and go in when they have clients. Responsibilities Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser skin treatments with precision and care. Conduct body waxing services such as waxing for the face, legs, arms, and other areas while maintaining strict sanitation standards. Provide skincare consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments and products. Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and the benefits of various aesthetic treatments to foster informed decision-making. Maintain a clean, organized treatment area adhering to all sanitation protocols to ensure client safety. Promote retail sales by recommending skincare products and conducting product demonstrations that align with client needs. Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating treatment options, addressing client concerns, and ensuring a positive experience at every visit. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in aesthetic technology such as laser treatments and new skincare procedures. Experience Proven experience as an aesthetician or esthetician with certification from an accredited program. Demonstrated expertise in skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser therapy. Familiarity with spa services such as waxing (body waxing), makeup application, and other aesthetic procedures. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally and effectively explain treatment benefits. Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols essential for maintaining a hygienic environment. Experience in retail sales or product demos is advantageous for promoting skincare lines and enhancing client satisfaction. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while providing personalized care tailored to individual client needs.
