Licensed Esthetician Wellness Co. is looking for a part-time, experienced Licensed Esthetician that has a passion for helping patients wherever they are at on their skin health journey! Position consists of 24 hours per week.

Our estheticians play an essential role for all patients who walk through our doors. Providing exceptional care in the world of skincare!

The Ideal Candidate:

• Outgoing & professional personality. Able to connect and form long-term relationships with patients
• Willing to juggle a busy schedule & back-to-back patients
• Someone who values high standards, strong work ethic, and commitment
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience working as a Licensed Esthetician in a specialized medical office: aesthetics medspa, dermatology or plastic surgery suite

Requirements:

• Up-to-date Michigan license
• Cheerful and friendly personality while also holding a professional standard
• Eager to grow and advance within the industry
• Experienced with laser devices, morpheus, LHR, and IPL
• Detail oriented
• Skilled in sales with ability to cross-promote the usage of various treatments
• Understanding and consistent activity in social media in efforts to market yourself and showcase your work
• Attend and actively contribute to monthly meetings
• Arrive 30 minutes prior to business opening to ensure your room is ready, charts are prepped, and supplies are stocked for the day
• Own and deliver measurable results (KPIs) for assigned responsibilities (EOS rocks) by achieving established scorecard metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and departmental objectives relative to the following: Re-booking rate Retail sales Conversion rate (from consult to service) New patients Schedule utilization Posting social media content Handwritten thank you cards The Wellness Co.
