We are seeking an experienced, passionate esthetician who is interested in a holistic approach to skincare and wellness and wants to create meaningful, relaxing experiences for their clients. We are a commission-based salon and day spa, which means we take care of the behind-the-scenes details so you can focus on your clients and your craft. Your products, linens, laundry, scheduling, and booking are all handled by the salon. You can focus on providing exceptional treatments and building relationships with your clients, and leave work at work. Our Ideal Esthetician At least one year of experience as a licensed esthetician Passionate about skincare, wellness, and a holistic approach to beauty Confident performing a variety of facial and skincare treatments Knowledgeable about skincare products and able to make thoughtful recommendations based on each client's needs Interested in creating a relaxing, personalized experience rather than simply providing a treatment Open to offering massage- training available if necessary Strong communication and consultation skills Naturally builds genuine, lasting relationships with clients Has a growth mindset and is eager to continue learning and developing their skills Comfortable educating clients about their skin and recommending appropriate home care Enjoys working as part of a team Works well and communicates positively with coworkers Supportive, encouraging, and respectful of fellow team members Reliable, professional, and takes pride in their work Experience with Aveda is a bonus, but not required. We are looking for someone who sees skincare as more than just a service and understands the connection between skin, wellness, relaxation, and overall self-care.
