Duties Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and recommended aesthetic treatments tailored to individual needs Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Engage in retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and conducting product demos to boost client loyalty Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, address concerns, and ensure an exceptional experience during each visit Assist in promoting services through client communication and upselling opportunities to grow the business Requirements Valid MO esthetician license as required by state or local regulations Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, and waxing Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their aesthetic goals Demonstrated commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in all treatments performed Ability to perform multiple aesthetic treatments efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Passion for continuous learning about new skincare techniques, products, and industry trends We're excited to welcome motivated professionals eager to make a difference through beauty and wellness.
