What You'll Do You'll deliver advanced, medical-grade aesthetic services while providing an elevated, hospitality-level patient experience: Perform advanced aesthetic procedures including (not limited to): Microneedling Laser resurfacing & skin tightening Other device-based treatments within scope of licensure Medical grade facials peels Lead results-driven consultations and create complete, customized treatment plans Uphold the practice's core values in every interaction Maintain immaculate treatment rooms, stocking, and cleanliness standards Who We're Looking For Required Active Esthetics License 3+ years hands-on experience in medical aesthetics 1 + years of utilizing multiple laser platforms and treatment modalities. Proven ability to exceed revenue goals and maintain strong patient retention. Professional, polished, positive, patient-centered presence . Social Media presence Strongly Preferred Advanced experience with lasers, microneedling, and energy-based/device treatments Confident, consultative communication style (education-first, expectation-setting, plan-building) High-end mindset we value: Premium aesthetic standards, meticulous execution, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to "own" a treatment plan from consult to follow-up.
