Job Overview HBC by Arya Namin, MD FACS is seeking a passionate and skilled Esthetician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare and aesthetic treatments that enhance our clients' natural beauty and boost their confidence. At HBC we deliver personalized aesthetic and wellness treatments to clients, combining surgical-level medical expertise with a luxury touch. Our goal is to help clients become healthier, feel more confident, and live better. Dr. Namin believes that simple maintenance and preventative care can help patients look and feel their best. Benefits Earning incentives based on performance and productivity Training and development Responsibilities Perform a variety of aesthetic services, including advanced medical grade facials, dermaplaning and extractions to meet individual client needs. Be able to educate clients on treatment plans and homecare protocols to maximizie results and elevate client satisfaction. Maintain strict sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to maximize results. Experience Proven 2 years experience working as an Esthetician or in the beauty industry with a strong background in skincare treatments and aesthetic procedures. Knowledge of various esthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients about their aesthetic goals. Certification in Cosmetology or Esthetician licensing; additional certifications in laser treatment or advanced skincare are a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
