This position is ideal for an esthetician who wants a consistent schedule while building strong, long-term relationships with clients. The primary schedule will include Mondays and Saturdays, with availability for some evening appointments during the week. We're looking for someone who combines excellent technical skills with genuine hospitality. Our ideal esthetician doesn't simply provide a service - they create an experience that makes clients feel comfortable, cared for, and excited to return. Responsibilities Provide professional esthetic services in accordance with training, licensing requirements, and established service standards. Perform client consultations and recommend appropriate services based on individual needs and goals. Create a welcoming, relaxing, and professional experience from the beginning to the end of every appointment. Educate clients about appropriate skincare routines, services, and products. Maintain accurate client notes and treatment information. Build relationships with clients that encourage repeat appointments and referrals. Qualifications A currently licensed esthetician in good standing. Available consistently on Mondays and Saturdays , with flexibility for some evening hours. Warm, friendly, professional, and comfortable developing relationships with clients. Dependable and punctual. Confident performing consultations and recommending appropriate services. Passionate about skincare, beauty, wellness, and continuing education. Comfortable discussing products, future services, and rebooking without creating a high-pressure sales experience. Motivated to build a strong repeat clientele. Organized and attentive to detail. Able to work independently while also contributing positively to the overall team. Preferred Qualifications Previous professional esthetics experience is preferred. Existing clientele is a plus but not required . Experience with client rebooking and retention is preferred. Product knowledge and retail experience are helpful. Additional certifications or advanced esthetic training are a plus.
