Job Overview We are a boutique head spa specializing in scalp health, wellness, and restorative treatments. Our services combine therapeutic touch, scalp treatments , and scalp and hair wellness. As we grow, we are seeking a licensed professional who is passionate about wellness, cultivates an exceptional guest experience, and is able to work independently. Who We're Looking For Applicants must hold an active North Carolina Cosmetology license We will train specialists in our signature head spa protocols. Ideal candidates are professional, warm, detail-oriented, nurturing, and committed to creating exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities Perform head spa and scalp wellness services following established protocols Complete service with salon quality styling Conduct thorough client consultations and provide aftercare guidance Deliver a luxury, relaxing, and consistent service experience Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and treatment room standards Educate clients on scalp health and product recommendations Operate independently while aligning with spa standards and values Compensation We offer competitive training pay at $27+/hour (including tips) Contractors keep 100% of tips 10-15% retail commission Annual bonuses What We Offer Paid Training Wellness Benefits How to Apply Please submit: Resume Proof of active NC Cosmetology license A brief introduction and relevant experience
