This is a great opportunity for an esthetician who wants the flexibility to build their own schedule and clientele without the expense of renting a suite or purchasing professional products and supplies. What You'll Do Perform Brazilian and body waxing services Provide customized facial treatments Perform brow waxing, shaping, and tinting services Educate clients on skincare and appropriate home care Rebook and retain existing clients Actively work to develop and grow your own clientele Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment space Follow all sanitation, infection-control, and NC Board requirements Participate in reasonable spa marketing and client-development efforts Lash extension services are not required for this position. Compensation This is a commission-based W-2 position with the opportunity to earn a higher commission as your service production grows.

Starting commission:

45% Opportunity to earn up to 55% commission based on service production 100% of your tips 10% retail product commission Professional back-bar products and service supplies provided by the spa No booth or treatment-room rent No requirement to purchase your own professional product inventory Schedule We are initially looking for someone approximately 2-3 days per week, with the opportunity to expand as your clientele grows. We value flexibility and want our providers to have meaningful input into their schedules. Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who is confident and enthusiastic about waxing—especially Brazilian waxing. You should be comfortable working independently and understand that building a successful book requires more than waiting for appointments to appear on your schedule. We're looking for someone who: Holds a current North Carolina esthetics or cosmetology license Is confident performing Brazilian waxing Provides excellent customer service Is professional, dependable, and punctual Takes pride in client retention and rebooking Is comfortable recommending appropriate services and retail products Is motivated to market themselves and develop a loyal clientele Wants to grow with an established local spa Existing clientele is a plus, but not required. We're much more interested in finding someone who is motivated to build lasting client relationships.
