Training Classroom Teaching Esthetician License Cosmetology Full Job Description Job Summary:
We're seeking a proficient esthetician instructor who possesses excellent communication and organizational skills. We are seeking motivated individuals with previous experience in the esthetic industry to join our team. As a team member, you will be responsible for instructing students on multiple chapters from Milady/Foundation textbooks. Also teaching students a variety of services, such as facials, eyelash extensions, make-up application, dermaplanning, waxing, body treatments and more.Duties:
- Assist students with performing various skincare treatments, including facials, enzyme peels, and micro/hydra dermabrasion on clients.
- Assist students with conducting hair removal services such as waxing and tweezing.
- Assist students with performing makeup application for any/special occasions.
- Assist students with offering advice and recommendations on skincare products and routinesfor clients.
- Assist students with performing body treatments.
- Assist students with educating their clients on proper skincare techniques and products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in esthetics industry.
- Maintain a NC stateboard clean and organized classroom and clinic floor environment.
Requirements:
- Valid North Carolina Esthetic Teacher's License
- Proven experience as an esthetic instructor
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and skin histology/physiology
- Proficiency in skin analysis, makeup application, and coloring techniques
- Familiarity with effluerage, pestrissage, tapoment and friction massage techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to students
- Ability to work with diverse students
