Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate established Esthetician with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. The Esthetician will utilize their expertise in various treatments, including body waxing and esthetic laser treatment, to enhance the overall client experience. Strong communication skills and a knack for upselling services will be essential in this role. Duties Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatments. Manage client appointments and maintain accurate records Communicate effectively with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate services. Upsell additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and promote business growth. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Provide exceptional hospitality to clients, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Engage in social media management to promote services and share client success stories, enhancing online presence. Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments, including tattooing techniques if applicable. Skills Proficient in skin care, body waxing and esthetic laser treatment applications. Strong ability to manage appointments and utilize salon software effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Experience in upselling products and services to maximize client satisfaction. Knowledge of hospitality principles to create an inviting atmosphere for clients. Familiarity with social media management strategies to enhance brand visibility.
