You will provide expert microneedling and facial services, educate clients on treatment options, and create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and long-term relationships. Duties Perform microneedling treatments (standard and with PRP/growth factors, if applicable) with precision and care Deliver complementary skin rejuvenation services such as facials to meet client needs Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail options through engaging consultations Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards to ensure a clean, safe treatment environment Provide excellent client communication by listening attentively to client concerns and explaining treatment procedures clearly Assist in retail sales by promoting skincare products and aesthetic treatments that align with clients' goals Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation Collaborate with nursing and clinical staff on treatment protocols Requirements Valid North Carolina Esthetician License (required) Proven experience performing microneedling (minimum 1 year preferred) Additional certifications in advanced modalities (chemical peels, dermaplaning, LED therapy, etc.) a plus Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, products, and aesthetic techniques Excellent communication skills and a client-first approach Commitment to sanitation protocols and safety standards Must be available to work Saturdays — weekday scheduling is flexible Schedule Part-time. Weekday hours are flexible based on availability, but Saturday availability is required.
