Our team is passionate about providing high-quality service in a welcoming, professional environment. We are looking for a part-time Aesthetician to deliver exceptional treatments, support our provider (an MD with over 20+ years of aesthetic experience), and help create an outstanding client experience. The Role This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced environment and has hands-on experience performing skin care focused aesthetic treatments. As an Aesthetician at Chester Skin & Wellness, you'll play a critical role in ensuring clients feel cared for, receive the best treatments possible, and leave looking and feeling their best. Role will include an hourly rate to protect individual in case of slow days. Individual will also earn compensation in form of commission for each hour of service and then will be entitled to 100% of their tips. Responsibilities Perform aesthetic treatments such as facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and other skincare services Educate clients on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and recommended products Assist with booking and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring supplies are stocked and sanitized Help film and participate in social media initiatives at the clinic Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional environment Who You Are A people person

• warm, friendly, and client-focused Licensed Aesthetician in New Jersey (required) Experienced in aesthetics/medspa treatments and passionate about skincare Detail-oriented and organized
