Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and body waxing to meet clients' skincare needs. Conduct laser treatments with precision, ensuring safety protocols are followed for procedures such as laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation. Provide expert advice on skincare products and treatments, offering tailored recommendations to enhance client results. Deliver additional spa services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and deep tissue massage to elevate the client experience. Educate clients on proper skin care routines, post-treatment care, and product demos to maximize results. Maintain strict sanitation standards throughout all treatments to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Engage with clients through effective communication skills, building trust and fostering long-term relationships while promoting retail sales of skincare products. Requirements Valid license as an Esthetician with certification in laser treatment from an accredited program. Proven experience in skincare services such as facials, chemical peels, dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, and waxing. Strong knowledge of esthetic laser procedures and safety protocols. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients. Ability to perform multiple aesthetic treatments efficiently while maintaining high standards of sanitation.
