Learning Leader As a Learning Leader , you will educate, inspire, motivate, and mentor our Future Professionals-students embarking on careers in the beauty and wellness industry. You'll bring your creativity and expertise to deliver exceptional learning experiences through objective-based education (O.B.E.) , mini classes, and engaging learning centers. You'll help shape the next generation of beauty professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced, and supportive learning environment , combining classroom instruction with real-world, hands-on salon experiences. What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is a licensed professional educator with strong salon/spa experience, enthusiasm for the Paul Mitchell culture and products , and a genuine dedication to student success .
