Job Overview As an Aesthetic & Dermatology Nurse Practitioner , you will deliver safe, effective, and natural-looking results through advanced aesthetic techniques and medical dermatology procedures. This role requires proficiency in both cosmetic injectables and procedural dermatology (including skin biopsies, laser treatments, and in-office dermatologic procedures). You will collaborate closely with our clinical team to design comprehensive, customized treatment plans that reflect our high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities Consultations:

Conduct thorough patient consultations, analyze facial anatomy, and design customized aesthetic and dermatologic treatment plans.

Injectable Procedures:

Perform high-level injectable treatments, including neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport), dermal fillers, Sculptra, Radiesse, and PRP/PRF therapies.

Medical Dermatology:

Execute procedural dermatology treatments, including skin biopsies, laser therapies, and other in-office dermatologic procedures.

Patient Care & Education:

Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure protocols, medical-grade skincare regimens, and long-term aesthetic maintenance plans.

Clinical Excellence:

Maintain accurate medical documentation, chart treatment records promptly, and ensure proper patient follow-up care.

Team Collaboration:

Work seamlessly with clinical support staff and front desk teams to deliver an exceptional, high-touch patient experience.

Continuous Learning:

Stay up to date on industry innovations, advanced injection techniques, and safety best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements Licensure:

Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of New Jersey (Required).

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a licensed provider in both aesthetic injecting and procedural dermatology (Required).

Skills:

Demonstrated expertise in full-face rejuvenation, facial balancing, and achieving natural aesthetic outcomes.

Environment:

Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume practice while maintaining a warm, ethical, and confident bedside manner.

Preferred:

Advanced experience with collagen stimulators, regenerative aesthetics, and light/laser devices.

Compensation & Schedule Pay Structure:

Flexible based on experience ($60+/hour base + performance incentives OR tiered productivity-based commission).
