Position Summary The Glam Associate is the heart of the Glitter & Glam experience. This role includes providing glam and spa-style services, engaging with children and families, and ensuring each guest has an unforgettable experience. The ideal candidate is energetic, friendly, creative, patient, and enjoys a fast-paced, fun environment centered around celebrations and beauty. Key Responsibilities Provide glam services such as (for experience only) mini-manicures, mini-pedicures, glitter makeup, hairstyling, and themed looks (training provided). Deliver an exceptional customer experience by engaging and interacting with guests in a cheerful, welcoming way. Assist with birthday parties, group events, and spa-style activities — ensuring fun, enthusiasm, and safety. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace, tools, and service stations. Assist with retail sales, product recommendations, and service upgrades. Support party setup and cleanup to ensure smooth event flow. Follow brand standards, safety guidelines, and service procedures. Uphold Glitter & Glam values by promoting inclusivity, positivity, and confidence in every guest. Qualifications Must enjoy working with children and creating fun experiences. Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Experience with beauty, makeup, nail polish application, or hairstyling is a plus — but not required Ability to stand and perform light physical activity. Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor. Available for weekends and holidays (peak event days).

Pay:

$11.00 - $13.00 per hour
