Our practice utilizes industry-leading platforms—including Excel V+, Enlighten, Secret RF, Sofwave, and XEO+—to provide customized, physician-directed treatments. Led by a nationally recognized educator and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) in aesthetic medicine, TKI offers an environment where clinical excellence, innovation, and continued professional growth are part of everyday practice. Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans based on each patient's goals. Perform medical-grade facials, chemical peels, and advanced skin rejuvenation treatments. Follow TKI's clinical protocols while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and treatment outcomes. Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and laser devices according to clinical and regulatory standards. Collaborate with physicians, nurse injectors, and medical providers to create comprehensive treatment plans. Participate in educational events, marketing initiatives, and social media content when appropriate. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor patient progress throughout treatment.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Active New Jersey Esthetician License required. Laser certification required (or ability to obtain certification promptly). Two or more years of experience performing laser and energy-based treatments in a medical aesthetic setting. Experience with one or more of the following platforms is highly preferred: Excel V+, Enlighten, Secret RF, Sofwave, XEO+, or comparable technologies. Strong knowledge of skin physiology, Fitzpatrick skin typing, laser safety, and treatment planning. Excellent consultation and patient education skills with a patient-first approach. Professional, polished, compassionate, and team-oriented. Ability to work between our Marlboro and East Brunswick locations as needed.

Employee discounts on aesthetic, medical, wellness, and dental services. Hands-on training across TKI's complete laser and energy-based device portfolio. Mentorship from nationally recognized leaders in aesthetic medicine. Opportunities to attend advanced industry education and training events. Long-term career growth within a rapidly expanding physician-led practice committed to clinical excellence.
