Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Medical Aesthetician to join our dynamic skincare team. In this role, you will deliver expert aesthetic treatments designed to enhance clients' natural beauty and boost their confidence. Responsibilities Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including esthetic laser therapy, dermabrasion, and body waxing with precision and care. Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients about skincare lines and treatments. Provide professional makeup application, eyelash extensions, and nail care services to enhance client appearance. Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff. Deliver deep tissue massages and other relaxation therapies to promote overall well-being. Assist clients with retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and treatment packages. Communicate clearly with clients about treatment options, aftercare instructions, and skincare routines to foster trust and satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, and other advanced skincare procedures. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly and professional manner. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean treatment environment. Licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician certification as required by state law. Excellent communication skills to explain treatments effectively and upsell products confidently. Familiarity with retail sales techniques and product demos to enhance client engagement. Additional skills such as makeup application, nail care, eyelash extensions, or deep tissue massage are highly desirable.
